- 1987 — ”Yarmouk” University, Jordan, Bachelor`s Degree in Economics and business administration;
- 1999-2001 — RUDN (Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia), Moscow, Master`s Degree in History;
- 2001-2005 — RUDN, Moscow, PhD Degree in International Relations and Foreign Policy.
Work Experience:
- 1994 – started official activity with the foundation of the Palestinian National Authority (PNA);
- From 1998 – employed by the Embassy of the State of Palestine to the Russian Federation;
- From March 2003 – Consul of the Embassy of the State of Palestine to the Russian Federation;
- From January 2008 – Vice-Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Russian Federation;
- From June 28th, 2009 – Advisor for the Eastern Europe to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of PNA for the Eastern Europe, in quality of Ambassador, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Palestine, Ramallah.
- From September 4th 2009 – Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Russian Federation.

Fluent in English and Russian;
Good knowledge of Hebrew.

Participated in many extension courses on Diplomacy and Strategy in Palestine and abroad including:
- May 1994 – in Cairo;

- November 2008 – in Kuala Lumpur – Institute of Diplomatic and Foreign Relations (course of training for the Heads of Diplomatic missions);
- May 2009 – in Moscow (courses on the Russian Foreign Policy in the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry for Foreign Affairs).
